During the week we have celebrated the International Day of the Earth. We had the initiative to create a poster. We decided to publish the poster in the entrance of the educational campus in order to tell this information to the all students of the university.
The poster contains phrases allusive to the care of the environment. And these phrases are designed with keywords that we are going to be teaching during the semester. Some of the words are verbs and the others are proper names.
We as foreign language students have realized that learning through activities is easy to understand and useful for remembering words, phrases, situations. Learning the context helps us to use the language better. According to that, it is important to recognize that when we learn English or any other language, it is necessary to know the vocabulary in context.
This is due to the exposure that the individual has with the language, that means, to learn a word accompanied by an action involving movement or a cognitive process helps to easily understand and remember the new vocabulary. Making learning a new language an unforgettable and useful experience for the individual.
